JOL Electrical is a family run business operated by two Directors John O’Leary and his wife Lisa.
Since John became a qualified electrician in 2000 he knew that he wanted to establish his own business and build up a reputable company offering quality products and services in the Irish market which he achieved in 2001.

We are a medium sized electrical company providing a professional high quality service. We approach every project in an enthusiastic manner and are particular about providing the very best technical and professional support to your project.

We adhere to the highest safety standards. We are a registered Electrical contractor certified with Safe Electric Ireland.

JOL Electrical offer design (lighting and electrical lay out) and free quotations. Our staff are fully RECI qualified, friendly, and are always willing to help,  providing maintenance and after sales service second to none.

JOL Electrical currently employs 25 full time employees, including 7 site managers and 18 apprentices.  We also provide employment for 3 electrical sub-contractors and offer work experience for 2^nd level transition year students. We are proud to say that 3 of our site managers are with us for more than 8 years.  We take pride in developing our employees and guiding them up through their apprenticeships and have qualified 3 apprentices who are now site managers running building sites for the company. We work directly with SOLAS (the electrical education body) and this is where our apprentices complete their off the site Phases of their course in various institutions nationwide but completing their exams at DCU.

JOL Electrical currently has long term relationships established with 6 of Ireland’s most reputable builders responsible for installing new A-Rated electrical equipment installations for new build residential and commercial sites in Dublin, Kildare, Wicklow and Galway​

We have recently been nominated for the Small Firms Association National Small Business Awards 2020. It is to be held in the RDS, Concert Hall on 12 March 2020.
